Paint spray booth for large size and heavy weight products is specially designed with Suspension rail and trolley guide system to move products. Products put into the spray booth are hung on the hanging rail or placed on the trolley. After the worker spray paint finishes, the product will be pulled on the Ray (or Trolley) to move to the DRY CAUSE for finishing drying of the coating.
POWDER POWDER CAUSE For SP with LARGE SIZE | Heavy Weight Can be fitted with 02 Types of POWDER SUCTION AND RECOVER:
1. FILTER RECOVERY SET: ADVANTAGE : High powder recovery efficiency , up to over 98% . CONS: Difficult to clean when changing color, easy to mix paint.
2. CYCLONE RECOVERY SET: ADVANTAGE : Cleaning when changing colors very quickly. Cyclone filter has a steel structure, so it has a long service life. CONS: The powder recovery efficiency is not high, only 90~95%. It is easy to cause dust pollution to the surrounding environment when there is no level 2 dust filter.
